Lead Teacher
Yolanda Ruiz
Yolanda started working at All Children Great & Small in 1993 as a mentee to the founder of the school, Morgan Graham. She has a BA in Child Development with a specialization in Preschool Education from Walden University. Yolanda is a California State Certified Mentor teacher and guides Child Development students from LACC through their practicum studies at our school. Her voice and good nature contribute to our gentle atmosphere and fun energy. Yolanda brings the Spanish language into the classroom with songs and within the context of community and culture. She will sing just about anything if encouraged.

Adela Lemus
Adela Lemus has been at All Children Great & Small since 2001. She has an Associates Degree in Child Development from LACC. Adela is bilingual and weaves the Spanish language into the children’s day through conversation, contextual learning and the various activities throughout the school. Adela embraces the All Children Great & Small philosophy of respect for children through the creative exploration of our hands-on curriculum. Adela is an integral part of our community and loves working with youngchildren. Someday, she would like to write a Spanish language children’s book.
Executive Director
Maria Christina Olivares-Iida
Maria Christina joined All Children Great & Small as the Executive Director in 2023. She has a BA in Social Work from California State University, Northridge. In 2007, Christina opened a family daycare, which started her career in the early childhood field. She obtained her Program Director's Permit through the Department of Education and became a Certified Trainer for the Program for Infants and Toddler in 2018. Her experiences include a partnership with Early Head Start, a collaboration as a Demonstration Site and working as a Site Supervisor in East LA. Her rich experiences, knowledge and love for play-based curriculum led her to ACGS.
